What a shame. You know, all this. The way it happened didn't really happen. It just is. Joni Mitchell told me that the painted ponies will just go up and down and there's nothing we can do about it but possibly enjoy the ride and take a few nice looks back, but if we're just going around in circles then that means we're always turning corners. And that's wrong, cause we're not always turning corners. Sometimes it's a straight line, or a little wobbly and unsure, and sometimes it vascillates like a lie detector. It could be curvy or pointy and it will undoubtedly go places we never expected. Circles are the same three hundred and sixty predictable degrees. Joni Mitchell is wrong, cause I don't want it to happen all over again.
