today was absolutely delicious.

the weather is so amazing...it smells so damn good outside. i only had two classes today. tyler came up to school at about 7 AM and slept next to me. i got up at 7:45 to get ready for spanish. i listened to the new mix cd that brian sent me...he is awsome, and the cd is so perfect for activities like that. spanish sucked, but i went back to sleep after that. i'd stayed up till 3:30 or so to read the last 80 pages of bread givers and write my two papers on it for my conference with the english teacher today. then i remembered on the way to spanish that the conferences aren't until thursday. hah. but i'm so glad i got it done. and i went back to sleep when i got back to my room at 10 until 12:30. then ty and i got taco bell, and i went inside to write a response paper for english. then english. i only looked at my watch once before there were only 15 minutes left. then i kept looking every couple seconds. it's such a slow class usually. afterward, i went to the park with tyler and played magnetic checkers and climbed a tree with him. it was really, really nice. then i talked to rickey payton (my new manager :o) about the gayla (sp?) i'm singing in next weekend, and about getting hair/pictures done for a portfolio. fun stuff. ty went to alex's for a bit, and i came to my spacious dorm room to study for my chem exam tomorrow. i'm pretty sure i'm failing that class right now, so an A would be wonderful. i typed up my own study guide. i'm pretty proud of myself for getting my shite together.

i don't know if i wrote about this yet, but i saw 'the passion' on friday. it was really well done. if you want to know what REALLY happened, what the crucifixtion was really like, i mean, if you're at all curious, go see it. it was neat to see the truth, as opposed to the overplayed skinny white guy with blue eyes who never blinks and gets beaten with a whimpy leather strap. and it was cool the way they showed the human side of him--He was just this man, and you got to see the person of Jesus. i don't know if anyone can really say they loved 'the passion,' because no one really wants to watch someone be beaten and tortured to death. but i recommend it. props to mel gibson on this one.

i'm off to karaoke again at Pugsly's at 9...you should call come.
