Happy observation of the day!
Happy Observation #8
November 1st: My happy observation today is how fricken adorable my kickboxing teacher is. She is this cute litlte asian woman, probably in her early to mid 20's, about my height. She is so sweet and happy all the time. And she isn't annoying peppy like most workout instructors like Denise Austin for example. My kickboxing teacher is full of energy and just really fun to work out with. And she makes us work really fucking hard too! I LOVE IT! She had us to the coolest sit ups/crunches today where we would move our hands like we were pulling ourselves along a rope as we were sitting up and then brushing dirt off of each shoulder as we sat back down. And the music that was playing was "Dirt of Your Shoulder" by Linkin Park. It was just fricken awesome! Thanks Michelle for being such an amzing kickboxing instructor! You kick butt!!!!!!
