I need to start patenting my ideas.
So I grew up in the mid-Atlantic. Water ice is practically in my DNA. So I was pleased that a Rita's franchise opened up in Cary--it's about an hour's drive from me, but if I have reason to be over that way, it's a stop worth making. In having a franchise down south (this isn't the first), I said that they should start making sweet tea flavored water ice. Today, via being a "fan" of Rita's on Facebook, I get this:
"Did you know Rita's introduced a new flavor on May 2nd? Joining the ranks of your favorite Italian Ice treats is Sweet Tea.
Delicious on its own, Sweet Tea is also excellent mixed with mango, lemon, raspberry and more.
