It's the first of the month...
actually, it isn't. And that's precisely the problem.
If I had to name the thing I hate most about my job, it would definitely be getting paid only once a month. It makes it so hard to budget for the entire month, and it sucks that when I make plans for the "next time I get paid" I'm alking about... next month. Great. :-P And when I pay all of my bills up front (which I've started doing, to make sure they get taken care of) then it just makes me look/feel like i'm at the critical point for the rest of the month instead of being able to spread them out. What's more, I usually gross a couple hundred or so a month after all's said and done, but if I have a more expensive month than usual, I sometimes go into the next month with nothing saved. Last month, when I had additional money spent because of traveling to the wedding and what-not, plus I overdrafted, so my first thing of this month was covering that and still paying on last month. Plus then it's another few months before I have a liveable cushion. Basically, I don't like living check to check, especially when those checks are a month apart.
While I'm griping about money, I'ma put y'all on to a few things I'd like to cop, sports apparelwise. When I actually will, who knows.

I've been finna get an O's hat for a bit, more to rep for B-more than for the actual team. Plus Megan's a big O's fan. I may get it before I head up there next since i'm finna go to an O's game, but we'll see. My big dilemma: i'm not a big fan of orange, and I don't like the fat-jawed cartoon bird and thing the ornithologically-correct bird is a bit boring. As such, this is the alternate for me:
