Wow, true believers... it's been over a week since my last update... how have y'all survived? Just kidding, perfectly fine, i'm sure.
there's probably a good deal I can talk about since last I updated. Let's see...
So I'm definitely a creature of habit. On most USF gamedays during my time there, I could be found in a USf shirt, a bandana, and my straw hat. Well, it just so happens today I was getting up to get dressed, and found myself compelled to put on the same. Today, of course, is the spring game down at USF. even though i'm hundreds of miles away, I'm representing.
Over this past week, Megan and I went to a Grasshoppers baseball game and a Revolution football game. Add to that last week's Canes game and next week's Bobcats-Sixers game, and we will have been to a version of each of the 4 major sports. I think someone in charge of the gameday experience with the Hoppers was in college around the same time I was, because some of the sound effects they use for the crowd include the "Woo Wooo!" from
Bubb Rubb and the "WEEEEEEE!" from the
Gonads and Strife flash. It amused me greatly.

funny t-shirts I've actually also been excercising a good bit lately too. Megan and I have been DVRing stuff off of FitTV and using it to get some fitness in... so far so good. It actually dawned on me how much more in shape I was relatively back in grades 7-12 when I generally had some combination of marching, dance class, or play rehearsal/choreography going on in just about any given week.
I mentioned not long ago now I needed to find something new to moisturize my situation (and preserve my sexy). My skin actually got jacked up to the point where I wore a hat and such in to work becaus I had this one really bad patch on my face and was quite self-conscious. At least at this point my face has cleared up for now, knock on wood. I still need to eventually make an appointment iwth a primary care physician, and eventually an alergist and/or dermatologist as well.
I don't know if the skin issues were allergy related, but I do know that I went out yesterday and our poor cars were covered in tree cum. Yuck.
Today Megan and I got a membership to Costco. It was crazy up in there! I had actually never set foot in Costco, BJ's, Sam's or any of the sort before. It's definitely a good thing to have though, except for our relative lack of storage space.
and finally, 3-day weekends are awesome. Obviously we owe this one to Jesus dying for our sins and being resurrected. In honor of this, I give you...
