It's defintiely solid springtime weather, which makes me want to not be in the office, and drive fast to nowhere in particular. Due to the 6C's worth of repairs I had to give my poor car, I can certainly do the latter. And I'll be skipping out of work early today cuz my momma's coming to visit. So, well, I guess wish granted?
This time 2 years ago, when I was looking for a practicum over the summer and was trying to make something happen with the Herd of Thunder, this opportunity would have been great.
I want a shirt that says "I was a band dork before bands went pop."
There's this car I pass in the garage every day on my way in that's covered, and I mean COVERED in probably every liberal bumper sticker known to man. So much so that even I think it's overkill. It would honestly be easier to just window paint "FUCK BUSH" on the back windshield and be done with it. If i were a conservative and a vandal, I'd sneak a conservative bumpersticker on there. There are so many, I bet it would take a bit before he noticed.
Oh yeah, and new icon. It's hella dorky and hella southern, but I'm okay with that.
