Not as Procrastinaty as This Might Seem

I have the genre and primary plot for my steampunk pulp fiction. That's the biggest hurdle right there. Now I'm having a small argument with myself about whether or not you need a title before beginning to write. I'm pretty sure the slacker side of my brain is saying that one must have a title before writing. The responsible side of my brain calls the other side a lazy douche and says I can begin and come up with a title as I go.

What do you think? Can a person begin to write a series before having a title for said series?
