a paid trip to NYC for six weeks in june/july to do historical research related to the american revolution is a slight possiblity. but that's only if i impress the powers-that-be more that all but 14 other applicants. it's a llllloooooooonnnnnnggggg shot. but worth the attempt.

traveling, a vital part of my current existence, makes money a necessary evil and the state of temporary poverty fairly appealing. sorry if i'm busy and never want to play.
i'm not happy about the recent discovery that the LSAT requires an extensive use of logic. and not common sense, but brain-burning logic proofs, etc...the likes of which i can barely begin to comprehend. i know i shouldn't be surprised, i'm just not looking forward to attempting to learn it.
i start at the legal clinic tomorrow. five months from now i'll be a certified paralegal earning three credits a semester to help students with their legal issues for ten hours a week. watch me work. i'm getting a paid position within a year. (if i play the game right)
