>Never dull, this job.
nope, not ever.

great fic, this!

> but I did not get involved in government work to play All Creatures Great and Small.
sure ya did - you just don't know it yet. :)

use of early horse feet tactics to increase high heel traction...I think Jenny might get rich from that solution.

That was cute. :D A new creature to be introduced to. Extinct animals apparently aren't any different then mordern ones in behavior. Various of my pets have done all of those things, lol.

I have been the victim of such rudeness myself! I imagine certain behaviors are pretty consistent down the evolutionary line. *g*

Thank you!

It's UP! *G*

I love the way you wrote this - all those little 'horse' behaviours and sounds - they made Hippie incredibly three dimensional for me.

I feel kind of dumb - I didn't realize you were finished with it, so I waited all week before going "...Oh." *facepalm* Thank you so much for your help!

I'm glad the animal worked for you! She was the start of the whole thing. :)

Entirely my fault - I did say I'd get back to you after reading the edited version (as oppose to the comment-y one). It turned out fabulous!

Yay!

I need to learn to clarify when I don't understand stuff, but I didn't even think about it until the weekend. Heh.

"I'm sorry," Abby said, looking back at Jenny, "mammals can be so rude!"
Bwa!

Jenny can be pretty awesome right along with Abby.

She sure can! I had my doubts when she was first introduced, but with the benefit of time I'm liking the whole range of the evolution of Jenny more and more.

I'd say that it should say something about first impressions of, how should I put it, extremely put together women, but she became rather less put together as time went on, didn't she? Sort of reinforcing the stereotype.

What stereotype do you mean? Maybe I don't know it.

I'd have to watch again with this in mind, but from the first appearance of Jenny to after she started literally letting down her hair, I just thought she was being more honest in her reactions to some really extreme circumstances and putting up less of a front. I still don't like the way she left, though, or at least what I felt were the implied reasons for it.

Thank you! I really wanted the girl talk to work, and Hyracotherium just can't help being cute. :)
