Updates? Fo' Realz?
Yeah, I thought since Katie and James both posted updates, I ought to as well. I am only on LJ to read Sarah's, Caitlin's, Katie's and James's journals anyways ...
This semester has been killing me, too. I'm too damn busy and I never get to see my friends anymore, at least not the ones I was always around last semester. Fortunately, I've made up for that in making friends with people who are actually genuine and I've gotten to spend a few weekends with them. Not to mention that I reunited with Caitlin at MTAC. It was beautiful. We ran and jumped and whatnot.
I am now the Secretary of the Honors program at Martin, which makes me giddy. Next semester, outside of my 1 hour scholarship class, I'm only taking language classes. Elementary Japanese and French as well as Spanish Lit II and Spanish Phonetics. I am very excited about next semester ...
I think that moving to Martin has turned me into a nicer person, but sometimes I think I have become too nice and that I have let some people walk on me or bully me. I'm tired of being bullied in this life, so if I am still in bitch mode when I get back to Mount Juliet, I apologise in advance. I cussed out my roommate this morning while I was still half-asleep. I thought it was a dream ... she didn't deserve words that harsh, though she did deserve a little bit of a verbal thrashing. I was ASLEEP. Hence, don't talk to me.
So, that was an actual update. I'm proud of me.
