Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you'd predicted?

- I wrote less than I did last year, this year just because it’s been such a year. I graduated high school and I got my first job and now I’m just trying to figure out where I wanna go from here.

What pairing/genre/fandom did you write that you would never have predicted in January?

- I never thought I’d write for the monbebe ficdom just became I wasn’t following them after their debut but man, am I screwed now. Writing for SF9 wasn’t expected. I was watching one of their videos and suddenly got a fic idea, so I kinda wrote in the moment.

What's your own favorite story of the year?

-”Because Of You, I’ve Experienced Love” because personally, me being ace, my biggest fear going into any possible relationship is the fear of my significant other not being happy with the fact that I can’t comment myself to them physically like they’d like. So writing this kinda felt personal and I can only hope to meet someone in the future that accepts me for being ace and doesn’t expect anything from me sexually unless I’m comfortable enough.

Did you take any writing risks this year? What did you learn from them?

-The only risk I can think of is posting on ao3 more than lj because I wanted to expand more and my fics did reach a larger audience. I’ve gotten so much feedback and they only better my fics and I’m grateful for each comment, positive or not.

Do you have any fanfic or profic goals for the new year?

-As always, I wanna grow in my writing and expand my vocabulary so I can provide quality content and maybe even get more readers enjoying my stories (people who aren’t my mutuals or friends on twitter).
