[ A) Action - early morning, pretty much anywhere ]
[ If, for some strange reason, you're out right at the break of dawn, you might see Rumia wandering around slowly wearing a large, pastel-striped mixing bowl on her head. It covers her face down to her nose, and she needs to hold it sometimes to keep it from slipping down and off her head all together.
If you are not out and about, don't worry. She's lost and if the door to someone's house is unlocked, she'll let herself in. It's not like she can see through that bowl. ]

The humans here turned really weird. Now they're always bothering me and trying to wake me up right after I get to sleep. I hate it. [ She gets a little huffy and sulky. ] It's even bright at night, too. Why are there lamps everywhere outside? Can I turn them off?
