Mom: "Well i thought you could get in, otherwise i would have called and gotten you in"
Me: "...well why didnt you"
Mom: "You dont even want to go there!"

Mom: "So why would i call and get you in?"
Me: "because! i dont know..."
Mom: "riiiiiight, you just want to use me, i see..."
Me: "Well who would you have called?"
Mom: "Rosemary"
Me: "oh right, rosemary..."
Mom: "It would have gotten you in..."
Me: "(shoot she's right)(quick! act defensively) well whatever i dont care that much anyways"

A big waitlisted from UNC could have quite possibly been the happiest college news i've gotten thus far...
