*It was quiet in the Tower, which was a sadly frequent occurrence of late. Hence Beast Boy had been finding different things to do in order to kill the time in between finding actual crimes to fight and so on.

He made his way out of the monitor room and headed to Terra's room, knocking on the door. They needed to talk.*

Talking might not be good for Terra right now. What with a brisk walk through the rain earlier. Not like she knows it, though. So! She opens the door when she hears the knock, with complete disregard to whoever else may be present. On either side. "Garfield!"

Hey, Terra. Mind if I come in? *Well hey he's smiling, so it can't be bad, right? Sure.*

See-More was having a pleasant talk with Terra about his dream involving Chuck Norris. Upon the arrival of Beast Boy, the happy times are over and See-More just sits there, surprised. Thankfully the huge helmet of his is covering his face, or else it would have been made clear to Beast Boy what his reaction to his presence was once the green Titan made his way in.

And a lovely conversation it was. But it will probably be marred to hell thanks to that Nexus precipitation. "Nah, come on in. See-More's here, though. He split from the HIVE a few days ago and I offered my place for him to stay until he got things sorted out."

This is something that's perfectly normal for her to say, of course.

*Perfectly normal, right. Which would be why Beast Boy is left doing his second-best goldfish impression for a moment (his best impression involves turning INTO a goldfish, of course).* ... Uh, dude... what? Why?

"It's a long story. I come out dumb in the end of it all," See-More says, in case the 'why' was directed to his leaving. "And why it was offered? Uh..."

Might be a perfect time for Terra to jump in!

Yeah. A perfect time. "Why did I offer this place? Because me and See-More have been going on and off for just about a year now and I figured I owed him." The words come out and she doesn't look at all shocked. God, this LOL sucks.

*Ker-blink. Well, that was... blunt. Beast Boy will just be standing there in shock, then.*

So does See-More. Except it's more like sitting in shock.

He looks to Terra, desperate for an answer as to why she is saying this.

"It started with a LOL thanks to the Nexus. Puppy love and all that, and I guess we kind of hit it off. He knew exactly what happened to me with that evil son of a bitch that you have to call your alternate, and he was doing more for me back then than you were."

That's not talking out of it very well. But if Beast Boy figures it out, what she says next might be good news.

"Of course, I still love you, Garfield. You're the best friend I've ever had. Don't feel threatened."

Oh my god what the hell.

*Working it out would require Beast Boy's brain to have some spare cycles to think with, rather than being entirely focused on WHAT THE HELL, TERRA. SERIOUSLY, WHAT.*

There's - but - you -what?! *Commence angry flailing!* Dude, you don't see other people when you love someone! That's just - dude, no.

See-More is still sitting there, absolutely shocked. He feels like getting up , opening the window, and flying out with his huge eyeball. But instead, he sits there, looking at Terra and saying, "Terra, what are you doing?!"

To See-More, she shrugs and says, "Telling the truth." Like it's normal. No, she's not oblivious to the reactions, but she must do this.

And to Beast Boy, it seems like it's confession time. "I know. It's wrong. And if you want to break up with me, I deserve it." But she's still got that eerie calm in her words. "I haven't been a good girlfriend at all. I won't blame you."

*Okay, now that is just getting creepy. Beast Boy is beginning to think that something is definitely up with Terra, but that's really got a lower priority than HELLO, SHE'S BEEN CHEATING ON HIM.*

I... I don't know if I want to do that, Terra. I mean, dude, I still ove you, but... but this is just - I have to think about this. What... how far have you guys, uh, gone? I mean. You know. I need to know.

THIS WAS AWKWARD. Like, very awkward. Holyshit, he was hoping if this ever happened that he would be far away and not having to answer this question.

He looks to Terra, and says rather blankly, "Oh, I don't know. You seem to be so eager to answer."

She can't think of a response to See-More, so instead she just answers Beast Boy anyway. "We haven't had sex. We've made out. Heavily and a lot. But we haven't had sex." Some repressed part of her brain is screaming "SHUT UP YOU STUPID FUCKING SLUT", and another part is crying, but she can't seem to stop. As if providing some insight, though, her facade seems to be cracking ever so slightly.
