Some people have real hobbies.
I have a big day tomorrow. It is going to be huge. And stressful. Tonight I needed to relax.
I could have spent tonight watching a movie, reading a book, having a beer, or listening to some music. Not me, nope.
After dinner (leftover bolognese sauce and flaxseed pasta), I decided to cook. I roasted a whole chicken, cut off the breast halves, legs and thighs, then started to make some chicken stock.
So now I have dinner done for tomorrow (roasted chicken pieces) and 2.5 quarts of seriously rich chicken stock to freeze for later.
The chicken stock will be frozen next to the two quarts of turkey stock I have in the freezer. But I am getting closer to making turkey soup. I bought some turkey wings today to cook up so I will have some meat for my soup. Maybe Thursday. Maybe not.
