I just watched this
crazy-ass footage of the tsunami in Japan... and I got to thinking about death again. The thing is, it's just a set event that's going to happen no matter what. It's not like if you live really healthy or have an extensive bag of tricks you will avoid death forever and just be immortal. If I was watching the waters rise like that, I don't think I'd really even be freaked out so much. It would just be this feeling of "Oh, here it is. This is how it's going down." I have a lot of deep thoughts while walking around on the pier in Grand Haven alone, staring at the moon.
Anyway, hi livejournal. I'm a little bit drunk and morbid and pretending it's 2004 or something.
