Telling a story about a dream you had is boring as shit I know but whatever.
This one was so real that it felt like something happening in real waking life. I was getting out of work, walking to my car and it was dark out.
A distant rumble quickly grows really really loud and I look up to see a jet plane apparently getting ready to come in for a landing. Except it's tilted at a weird angle and I'm nowhere near the airport so there's this moment of "holy shit I think this plane is getting ready to crash!" So I do what anyone would do and get out my phone to make a facebook post about it.
I look up and see the plane go out of view past the trees and wait to see what happens next. Nothing. Whew, well that was-- !!FUCKING EXPLOSION!!
There's a flash of light, the ground shakes and this wall of fire is coming at me, looking a lot like Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
So there I was in this dream, which I thought was reality, looking at my own death approaching. I realized I couldn't escape and I just kind of stood there watching it come at me, wondering how it was going to feel. When the flames hit me, everything just went black. Then I opened my eyes and was awake in my room.
The thing is, the dream had felt so real that it transitioned seamlessly with the "real" world. It felt like... ah fuck it never mind. This is what happens when you drink "cocaine" energy drink (which tastes like liquid tear-gas). THE END
