I'm bored. So I'm updating
There is really no point to this entry. Other than the fact that this family friend thing is quite unentertaining and i need something to keep myself amused for a bit..
My uni holidays have been reallllllly busy so far. I'm working a fair bit and I'm absolutely loving it. I love the disgusting Foodland Service Deli where i get to deal with slicing up meat and raw chicken all day. Lol, its actually pretty fun and i love the people that work there. Yesterday i did a 9 hour shift at double pay, so i was gettin over $20 an hour! yay! Ooooooh, and there's this reeeeal cute guy there that stocks shelves there called Alex.. Love him to pieces... But sorry folks, he's a FORD FAN, but he drives a Holden Gemini lol. Alex is awesome tho.
Subway's fucking great. Love the people that work there... Sean is awesome, cos he's gay, heaps nice and fucking funny and Soren is fair hot lol... And everyone else that works there is really really fun! I drove my boss home today! Everyone hates her but me lol and we get along heaps well, which is awesome cos she's in charge of rosters and stuff. Love my Nay-Nay to pieces...
And i can buy anything from Subway for $1.75 whenever i want... Well i don't think we're allowed to... but yesterday I bought 2 footlongs with quadruple meat and double cheese on each, 6 cookies and a large skinny latte for $1.75. And today for breakfast I bought a bacon and egg deli roll also for $1.75... I don't really see how that works, but i aint complaining.
Weelllll yeah, work is really good... I really really really like the people I work so its heaps fun!!! And I'm getting money for it too :)
Last week I worked for...
Foodland - 28.5 hours, with an extra 9 hours of bonus pay = $360ish after tax
Subway - 24.5 hours.... they pay SHIT, so lets just not go there shall we? haha, i'll be gettin like a measly $180 b4 tax... then with tax it goes down to like 2 cents, so yeah..
Plus I scab money off the government, so its all awesome! :)
Subway do get annoying cos they're always like desperate for ppl to work at the various outlets to fill in for sicky's and stuff, so I always get called up with someone going "WOOOORK GODDAMN IT"
On another note, i really do hate uni. Ppl are good. I dont get along witht them as well as work ppl, but yeah, ppl r still awesome. But lectures and stuff, sucks ass and im PAYING to be there. I like psyc and jap tho... just anthropology and PCM are weighing me down like shit.
Going to the gym with Sean and Lauren when I get the chance. Free memberships to Zest are yummy.
Anyyywayzz.... im really quite bored and wish i was at work right now! I COULD be working at Subway Brighton right now, but noooooo, I'm here now aren't I?
