Woot. Double Woot. And Triple Woot!!
YAY!!! Sports day rocked!!!
I was as pure purple and damn well displayed my PURPLE SPIRIT!! Hehehe, my bunny ears and boxers were cooooool!! I had magazine committee first up and lost all my purple ribbons in random magazine envelopes so if you find one in your's, it means you're a winner!!!
My first event was the 800 hundred which i really didnt wanna do. But Sarah the bestest person on the planet took Lorezin's spot and ran with me the whole way!! Love you Sarah!!! You're a champ!! And we didnt come last!! Yay!!! I came fifteenth. *does victiry jig*
Afterwards, when i was buggered (but not dead. suprisingly not dead... which is a good thing btw)I had to go do discus straight away... I didnt do too badly.. Amy Fletcher did some freakishly good throw and beat me my 1.5 metres.. Well done to her but Rachel is sad. Smeh, first second ribbon i had ever got...
Next we had shot put, and Sarah Kay is an absolute gun at it!! Came second again. Kate boarder Wilson wasnt to happy cos i knocked her from second to third on my last throw... She wasnt too happy... Yay! I beat her in both shot put and discus!!! go me!! *kisses man arms*
Tug-o-war was pretty good. We lost against Heaslip and won against Forder, so we ended up coming third. Or, in my perspective, first out of the teams that dont bench press cows... hehehe
Pizza was good
I then had the 200, which i expected to do really shit in. I got put in outside lane, so it looked like i was winning for the first bit of the race, but i expected there to be like 5 ppl in front of me after i rounded the turn.. But there wasnt anyone so i was like winning for the Whoooole race and then Jacqui freaking Turner, gets me at the line... (yeah, take that.. I dont want me bitching bout the school capt. to be spread round the yr level). But i was still STOKED about getting second. Ive done it every year and havent done better than 6th!
Cos of my new found sprinting talent high, i kicked some yr 10 girl out of the relay team and ran it for us. I got complemented by SEMENs so i must've done fairly well... We came second!!!
Overall, Kelly girls ripped up the competition and came FIRST!!! wont mention the other results as they are insignificant... except for Wollacott coming last..
So yeah, i walked home in bare feet with FOUR SECOND RIBBONS!!! I felt special... but somehow i also felt second best...
