Night before last there were dragons on the way. They were coming through slowly from another dimension, so you could see parts of them. A wing tip here, a claw there, bit of nose, disembodied tail. Pundit were discussing it on TV. "We don't know if they're coming or going," they said, "or what they'll do when they get here. Maybe they'll just move on to another dimension after their stopover here..."
I got fast to work on packing to GTFO. Where I thought I was going, I don't know, because the dragons were everywhere. My getaway plan nvolved stealing my neighbor's pale blue shimmery loose pigment eyeshadow.

Last night I had one dream where my good friend from college and I went to one of those Sankyuu Dollar stores that they have in Japan, only it was in Beaverton. My friend tossed my resume on the conveyor belt at the register, and I soon found myself at the Sankyuu Pharmacy, being interbiewed by a little old Japanese man in a white coat. He graciously offered me a second interview after critcizing my outfit. I was wearing a really short floral sundress and bright red go-go boots. "That's really inappropriate attire for job hunting," he said.
Then later I was doing some kind of trial run at a community hospital. They would hand me drugs and a room number, and I would deliver them. They kept tabs on how long it took, and then reviewed my score when the shift was over. One doctor (David Miller, second runner up on Master Chef 2010) took issue with my first delivery, sayit took me half an hour. On the ledger it said I was gone from 9:30 to 9:36. I pointed out that I had never been in this hospital before, and they gave me a permanent position.
