Eurovision Song Contest. First semifinal. 07.05.2024.
Hello everyone. Finally, this day came! The Eurovision Song Contest is already began. I just watch the first semifinal and i was really impressed. In first semifinal perfomed fifteen countries.(Sorry for the offtop, but i didn't have time to write review about national selections for Eurovision. Maybe i'll do it later, so, i'm really sorry.)

In the opening act perfomed three artists, who perfomed in Eurovision in different years.

The hosts of this Eurovision is Petra Mede and Malin Åkerman. Petra hosts the “Eurovision Song Contest” in third time. First time it was in 2013, she hosts by herself, then in 2016 she hosts with the winner of “Eurovision-2015” Måns Zelmerlöw. And now she hosts with Malin. I can say, she's an amazing host and wonderful, clever woman. But how she's elegantly speaks in french… O-la-la! Well, enough of that.

1)Cyprus-Silia Kapsis - Liar.

Very impressive perfomance in Eleni Foureira style. And she sings so powerful in her seventeens. Very very good work. I give 9 from 12.

2)Serbia-Teya Dora-Ramonda.

Not very interesting song, i think maybe they could send Konstrakta one more time instead of boring ballad, which didn t impressed me. I give 5 from 12 points.

3)Lithuania-Silvester Belt-Luktelk.
What an incredible perfomance. So much driving energy and amazing choreography. And song have catching tunes. I give full 12 from 12 points.

4)Ireland-Bambie Thug-Doomsday Blue.
Oh... my... God... what i just saw... the ending of this perfomance just scared me to death... I'm sorry, but there's lack of vocal only devilsh screaming.... and why this terrible symbol is allowed on the stage. I think Bambie forgot that Eurovision is not a theathre, it's a competition on best vocal. I give 2 from 10.

Very good perfomance. I better watch and listen Olly than the previous perfomance. Olly sang very nice, choreography is amazing. I really like it. I give 9 points from 12.

5)Poland-Luna-Tower.
LUNA
Very weak perfomance. Luna tried to sing properly, but it failed. If Poland counld send Justyna Steczkowska instead Luna, i m sure, Poland could be in final. The song have no catching tunes, so i give 4 points from 12.

6)Ukraine-Alyona Alyona and Jerry Heil-Teresa & Maria.

Oh my God... The second song from Ukraine which made me cry... The first was from Jamala's 1944. And now this song... Such and incredible perfomance. Jerry have such a powerful voice. It really gave me such a goosebumps. 12 points from 12. Bravo Ukraine!

7)Baby Lasagna-Rim Tim Tagi Dim.

Yeeeeah!! Finally driving rock in Eurovision. The perfomance from previous year was amazing and now this. The song reminds me Rammstein style. But i really like it. I give full 12 of 12 points! Bravo Croatia.

What an amazing and powerful voice he have. Although the song seemed to me not interesting. But his voice, it's really something incredible. Very good. I give 7 points from 12.

Not bad dance song. Hera was a little nervous, but she did a great work. You can listen this, where you have journey on a car. I give 7 points from 12.

Very amazing song. The ending of the song just gave me goosebumps. Raiven have a such strong powerful vocal. I think something mystery have in this song. I give 10 points from 12.

At first time i didn t understand and i thought he ran almost naked, but thanks God it was covered. Henri sang very amazingly. But the song didn t impessed me. I give 4 points from 12.

11)Natalia Barbu-In The Middle.

Very wonderful song. And the part with violin, it s just magical. Video projections really thrilled, and voice of Natalia bring many goosebumps especially at the end. I give 8 points from 12.

Those twins brothers were born in Norway. But i'm glad that they represent Sweden. Super perfomance, super song, super duo, all i can say. I give full 12 points from 12.

Very nice song with two vocals which have perfect harmony with each other. I think there s also something mystery in this song. And that s what i like. I give 9 points from 12 points.

13)Australia-Electric Fields-One Milkali(One Blood).
Electric Fields.
Very interesting song. Vocalist have such a powerful vocal on high level. And i love the sound of the instrument, i only don't know the name of it. But the song is full of positive energy which make you listen more and more. I give 10 from 12 points.

Iolanda.
Well, Iolanda sang very good, but song seemed to me not interesting. I didn't find what could impressed me. Choreography is amazing, it's all i can say. i give 6 points from 12.

15)Luxembourg-TALI-Fighter.
TALI.
I m very happy that Luxembourg backed to Eurovision. And what a song! Song with a dancing tunes. Tali have a an amazing vocal. Choreography is super. I give 8 points from 12.

On interval act perfomed Johnny Logan, who participated in Eurovision two times and also won two times in 1980 and 1987. Let's refresh those perfomances.
