Update on last post.....
Well after almost 2 weeks the police report finally came.......
Her bac: .113(yes, kentucky's legal limit is .08)
Her age: 22 (much younger than i originally thought)
Her excuse: Steering was locking up (real answer she had too much to drink)
Extras we didnt think of: Expired Registration(by like 3 months)
Expired Plates (by like 3 months)
And drum poll please: She had no insurance!
Which now means lawyers, court dates, lots of traveling and hopefully in the end money to fix my car or get a new one!
This is going to be a long process.... and if i ever seem discouraged someone please remind me i am doing the right thing and that i deserve this.. the money that is for my car of course..... I am gonna need all the ecouragement i can get....
