work tonight was awful. a customer chewed me out in front of a whole line of people (really embarrassing, by the way). i didn't realize how angry i was until everyone had left and i saw that i was trembling. i tried to convince myself that she was just having a bad day and probably needed to take it out on me. then i got to thinking....
