I'm not back but I just thought I'd post to voice my opinion on this strike that SOME people seem to be participating in

You know, I see the business part of it, what I find disturbing is what they do with the interest page and stuff (and that they don't announce changes anymore, everythng is hushed up).

That it has me little confused to why they're doing it but what I've heard most people go on about is the accounts and I was just fed up.

ja, I know. That part is kind of ... unnecessary because as you said, it's business, they wanna make money.

BTW, I don't think the people actually want to hurt SUP with that financially, it's just a way to remind them of 'the power of the community'. You know, a threat what could happen if everybody just left and went to insanejournal or sth. And SUP can't want that.

I'm not saying that they do it was just the point that they aren't really going to pay much attention unless they start losing money. I get the community thing but half of the people aren't actually doing it so it's not going to make much of an impression.

well, if half of the people aren't doing it but the other half is, then it might actually leave an impression. But I'm not following the strike thing closely, basically I only get what havoc posts. Anyway, let's wait and see although there'll probably nothing to see.

Maybe. Who knows, it's not like we're going to get an answer in any way shape or form. I figured that I wasn't going to waste a day of my paid account just because the new management haven't quite learnt how to deal with us yet.
