Ick, on Wednesday night I had a pretty bad night's sleep, with lots of tossing and turning and whatnot (more than usual, anyway). So when I woke up on Thursday morning, I had pain at the base of my neck; the kind that makes it pretty difficult for me to tilt my head up or to the sides.

So today I went to my chiropractic, and even after trying to adjust me twice I'm still hurting (I do feel a bit better, though). She said to call her back if in a few days it doesn't feel better =/

She recommended I go get a "trigger point" massage too, because my trapezius (shoulder/neck area) muscle is super-duper tight, and it might be part of the reason why my adjustment was so difficult. I've scheduled one of those for today in the afternoon.

It's made me think about really really sticking to a exercise/activity routine of some sort...I probably wouldn't be so badly off right now if I kept doing something. Yoga came to mind. I'll have to find out if there's anything nearby and affordable for me...=/

Ow.
