That would be nice. Here. *holds up a string of colored pieces of glass* We can put those over by the lights. I think paint is a lost cause.

*takes an end and holds them up to the light, admiring the colours* Oh, they're pretty. You want them strung round the lights, or in front of 'em..?

You could always find some spray paint and do a mural or something. That stuff sticks to pretty much anything, I think.

In front of them, make this place seem a little less dingy.

It's not so much that as the all the rough surfaces and bits falling off make it hard to get anything good looking. Though if you want to try it, go ahead.
