luzdeestrellas's Supernatural-West Wing Title Challenge inspired me, so I'll be using some West Wing episode titles for inspiration/actual titles.
Sam was a cross-country star in high school; ran track in the spring just so he could stay in shape. Dean used to joke that Sam "was superhuman or some shit"--he could get straight As and still smoke most of whatever town they were living in at the time in a race. Dean went to Sam's meets when he could, and Sam would always be doing homework or extra credit work or problems from a Princeton Review book.
Sometimes, whatever crappy town they were living in for the moment didn't have a team or even a track. Sam would scope out the longest stretch of field or quiet street he could find, running every day, if he could. He'd make Dean race him to make sure he could still beat him, until he'd get too tired and would just let Dean drag him down to the grass and wrestle him to stay there.
