I'm sorry I'm only here when depressed or in need of a favor (TW: DEATH)
But I'm taking a workshop in non-fiction prose writing class. We get critiqued on our pieces and have to just sit there without responding until everyone discusses your work, and then you can make comments. For my first piece, I wrote something that was very difficult for me, and I only just finished it tonight, thanks to alcohol. Would someone be willing to read it over and give me their thoughts? I didn't want to burden anyone on campus with it because it's a seven-page story about a dead child, but I could definitely use some pre-critique critiquing.
