my new LJ beginning
its been a while... damn. haven't written since the summer. but no-one reads this goddamn thing anyway, so who the hell cares.
well, I voted today. i was the youngest one there, by far. and probably one of few voting for kerry. but a girl's gota do what a girl's gota do. cross your fingers kids, its gona be a close race.
oh yea... IM GOING TO CANADA FOR NEWYEARS! i am honestly so fucking excited. i've never done anything substantial for new years before. i've always had fun, but never really had a great story to tell. But this year will be much different. casey, sam and I are taking a train to montreal, and living it up for 4 days, 3 nights. this won't be your normal college kid trip (ie. sleep all day party all night). I plan on taking full advantage of every oppurtunity on this trip. I want to sight see, shop, meet new and exciting people, go crazy in the evenings, and wake-up early, and do it all over again the next day. Yay for growing up and having a little spontinaity (sp?) in my life.

ok, so the rest of this entry will be dedicated to the guys that have been retarded, and the shit i've dealt w/ in the past few months. i've been s stupid girl, and have done many regrettable things in the past weeks. but lets discuss how guys are rude, and completely inconsiderate. what happened to the age-old idea of calling a girl back. these days, boys have the idea that a girl is just there to hang out with at that moment, and then never speaking to her again is socially acceptable. well to me.. it's not. its rude, upsetting, and a waste of my time. what really sucks is, that every time ive hung out w/ a new guy, i seem to think that he will be different from the rest... but yet he will surprise me and become a douche like every other guy.
well this past week, i've been hanging out w/ this new guy. he's 26... i know, a good amount older then me. but honestly, we've had alot of fun, and get along really well. fun to just chill w/ and watch movies, good times. nice to meet new people in the city.
tonight i'm going to see zolof and marigold at the fire. should be fun. i want to pick up the new zolof record, i hear good things. afterwards, i think were heading to evan's place for an election day/night gathering. should be a good time. well thats it for now. updating is actually nice, i should have done this a while back.
