My fun day!
Good Morning flist!
So I had a very long day at the restaurant. I finally just got home an hour ago. I had a split shift today. So I started at 10:30 and got off at 1. Boring lunch, really dead… So I go check out this new dept store (well more like a thrift store) and it’s 50% off day. Which is a bonus, so my mom loves all thrift stores so her and I go check it out.
Didn't find any good clothes, nothing worth paying for. I did find a purse in excellent condition for $3:99 and a wicked pair of shoes for $7.99 but I got them for $4 because---YAY, 50 % off. I swear they were brand new not even worn.--I wore them to work and they killed my feet, the plastic was digging into the top of my foot. Oh well, they are really nice, just have to wear them more.
Then I find the perfect item. It's the Anne Rice book "Merrick" Has anyone read it? I can't wait to read it. I'm so excited!! I do have to admit, I've watched many of the movies but never actually read one of her books. *sighs* I know, but now I can, tehe.
I also got a book from Stephan King called "The Eyes of the Dragon" Anyone read that? I have never even heard of it. It's all about warlocks and witches I guess. Very intrigued to read, especially if it's from Stephan King---The best part is I got them for 99 cents. What a deal!
So all is well, I go back to work at 5 pm and I'm stuck there to almost 11 pm. *cries* fucking drunk people. Anyways I'm done rambling, hope everyone has a great night...well morning, I guess. Ha-ha.
