Oh Calgary...
Oh Calgary... what am I going to do with you...
I was little worried that I was coming here for no reason. But somehow it ended up being ok. Luckly probably because I got to stay with Matt instead of Robot's place. Apparently he has a "girlfriend" none of this friends like the girl but of course it is the whole if he is happy then we like her and we are happy for you. Plus he went to Ontairo for 10days on Saturday, so I got to see him for about 1hour before he went away to his "girlfriend's" place for the evening. Going back to work was awsome, everybody was really happy to see me and I got to say hello to everybody and have lunch with the old crew. I loved Scott's face, when I walked to where he was working and how his face just lit up when he saw me. It definaly made me feel good.
There is also the whole thing that I get spoiled by Matt. I don't know if it actually means anything I only think it is because he is European. But he gave up his room to me, while I stayed here. On Friday, when he went to work, he let me have his car for day. I hadn't even driven a standard in forever and I did tell him that but he was ok with it. Amazingly I can still drive a standard. On Saturday, he took me to a movie and dinner before hand. I offer to pay for the movie but he still paid for the movie and the dinner. Not to mention, he made me breakfast every morning I was here and drive me around and just be usual Matt. It has definalty been a good time.
The only problem with home is school. I can't wait till it is over. It is too much work but whatever. It will be over soon and I shall be working again. Hopefully some place different than ALS. I hope I either get an offer with Teck Cominco or Natural Factors go well.
