doing nice things for ourselves is a very good idea, and I'm grateful that you reached out to me, and also a bit flattered that i'm someone you thought of. i don't trust myself to take care of plants, but it's so great that you seem to have a whole world of growing things around you. in my mind's eye you always have some kind of plant nearby, actually.
it is a very "me" way, isn't it? i had a lot of fun, but it was also a normal low-key night, but that was perfect. There was indeed a hat, and it was one i already owned from a truck stop. It has eyes, nose, ears, and a bit of yarn at the top for the mane and it's really cute. Then I wore pinstripe leggings and a cute semi-translucent striped top over a tanktop, and i pranced around occasionally.
oh, they're tiny children, that's so cute! and child-directed thinking like a scientist lessons, ahhh, that's precious. i'm being totally sincere here when i say that cheered me up a lot and gave me hope. And kiddos learning to participate with each other and to be gentle when that's needed, that's such a good thing.
(i have cried so many times in the past two days, and i'm afraid. i'm not even in as scary a position as a lot of other people, but my sister is trans and i'm worried.)
to end on a nice note - my qpp and i went to see Fun Home over the weekend and it was a beautifully crafted piece of art, with musical motifs that return again and again from so many different characters, and i loved it. another nice note - i saw something that went along the lines of "i'm going to wake up and keep trying to do good, and so are you, and nobody gets to vote on that" so let's both go out and do that today. love to you :)
