Dolly Wish List!
I haven't made a wish list for a while so here is what I'm dreaming for in dolly land right now...
My Dolly Wish List (in no particular order):
Elfdoll Min Del Re--This is actually the first bjd I wanted...for ages now, I just have not been able to find her. She's sold out in all the places I have been looking. I finally found a retailer in the U.S. that has her in stock so she might be the first bjd I end up getting (wish me luck...I can probably get the money in about two weeks but the last time I tried to do this she sold out so I hope that doesn't happen this time). The big thing I like about her is she comes with wig, eyes, and outfit included and I like it all. So straight out of box she would be great!
Lati Doll White Arin--She has a cute little smile and this basic one is just fine to me. Problem...I don't like her clothes or any of the clothes that are sold for Lati White. I know I could easily make clothes, it's just I work better with a pattern and I have no idea where to find a pattern to make clothes that fit a doll this size. I'd hate to spend that much money on a doll just to find I can't dress her in a way that makes me happy. That would be terribly disappointing.
Lati Doll Yellow Lumi--This is the first Lati Doll I fell in love with, she is so cute! She would be much easier to dress then one from the white line, there are so many available clothes to buy and I imagine patterns would be easy to come by as well (the yellow line seems the most popular type of Lati). The main reason I probably wouldn't get her first is I totally have no idea what wig I would like for her, I really just can't decide what I like (I just know I don't care for that wig they picture her in). She won't be the first one I get but she's on the list.
Lati Doll White Kong--Blue eyes, freckles, and ELF EARS!! I love how she is tiny and just really different than other tiny bjd's you see out there. She is adorable. I guess her outfit is okay, but again...dressing the white line worries me.
Fairy Land Puki Sugar--I only even know about this doll because lovehaze mentioned it on her lj once...thanks a lot, heh. :P But I like everything about her...her face, wig, outfit...everything. She is cute and I like her smiling face. In general I prefer bjd's that smile (not just bjd's but dolls overall). I just really don't know much about this doll at all besides what's mentioned on the website, but she is adorable! Too bad she is sold out...I have no idea if they are going to make more and if not where I would be about finding her...yeah, it's a problem.
Heh...notice how all the dolls I want are tiny bjd's? Well, there's just one on my wish list that is not tiny that I want...
Lati Doll Blue Cara--She is so sweet, I love her a lot. And I love her just the way she is pictured there, with that wig and that outfit (yeah, I'm boring). I just wouldn't know what to do with a larger bjd while I would have a use for tiny dolls (as in the tiny dolls would fit in my current doll family...not sure about a larger doll, plus when they get bigger than get way more expensive).
I don't have any Pullips on my list yet...is it the end? Well, probably not. I love Pullips and it's likely I will keep collecting them. I just haven't found any dolls lately that I really want to get. There is one I want, but it's a long shot--Fantastic Alice. I'm not going to hold my breath to ever own her, but I like her a lot. I could be happy getting her nude, but with full stock would be better. :) That's it for now but I'm sure my next doll purchase will not be a Pullip. However, I did just order two more Obitsu bodies today, for Ivy and Annike...Yay! :D
