Photo Story
Here's chapter 35 of "House of Pullip". I'm doing a party sequence (you'll know what type of party if you've been reading) that will take several chapter to get through, so this is only the first part of five. I took all of the party chapter photos in one huge photo shoot today and it took a long, long time. But I'm done so getting the chapters up every day will be very easy so stayed tuned for that. I also had to do this indoors because of the rain...still. I really wanted to do this outside, but I just had to deal with it. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it!
Chapter 35:
Hawk: Come on, let’s go.
Lucas: You call that a “party”? Where’s the loud music and dancing? Where’s the crowd? Where are all the hot chicks?
Hawk: Lucas…it’s an engagement party, what do you expect? And if you don’t see any “hot chicks” then you need to have your eyes cleaned.
Lucas: I went from living in the fast lane to attending lame parties. I hate my life.
Hawk: Are you coming or not?
Lucas: You’re kidding, right?
Hawk: Fine. Stay and sulk if you want, I’m going to have a good time…I see plenty of “hot chicks” I would like to meet. Later.
Lucas: *shakes head* Pathetic…
Annike: Are you having fun?
Jonas: Yes. Are you?
Annike: Oh yes, thanks for coming with me.
Jonas: No problem. *smile*
Annike: Hey, do you know that lady over there? I’ve never seen her. *indicates Grace*
Jonas: Oh… *tries to hide blush* Yes, her name is Grace.
Annike: You’ve met her?
Jonas: Yes, she’s a friend of mine.
Annike: Oh... *slightly annoyed*
*Grace sees Jonas with Annike*
Grace: *thinks to herself* There he is with his girlfriend again, I can’t seem to avoid it… *sigh*
*Oki and Crispin approach*
Oki: Grace! Why are you over here all alone? You should join the party and have fun!
Grace: Oh…I don’t know very many people here. I feel…I feel…
Crispin: Out of place?
Grace: *smile* A little.
Oki: Come with us then, we’re not shy! We’ll meet all these people together, what do you say?
Grace: I could never say no to you, Oki.
Crispin: Let’s start by meeting the future bride and groom, come on.
Shiloh: I had no idea so many people lived in this house.
Roxanne: I’m sorry if you are feeling uncomfortable.
Wolfgang: If it makes you feel better, I still feel shy around all these people and I’ve lived here for almost a year.
Shiloh: I’ll be fine; it’s just a little overwhelming.
*Hawk approaches*
Hawk: Hi there, I know we haven’t met but I wanted to offer you my congratulations.
Roxanne: Oh, thank you. My name is Roxanne, by the way. This is Wolfgang.
Wolfgang: Hi.
Roxanne: And this is my friend, Shiloh. She’s new here.
Hawk: It’s really nice to meet you all. My name is Hawk.
*Roxanne and Wolfgang are greeted by some other party guests, Hawk moves to speak to Shiloh*
Hawk: I’m kind of new here, too.
Shiloh: Oh…uh…how long have you lived here?
Hawk: Just a few months. I have to tell you, you have the longest hair I’ve ever seen. It’s really pretty.
Shiloh: *huge blush*
Hawk: *smile*
