Text Only Doll Babblings...
I must be getting more picky after amassing my little BJD army of tinies. It's getting harder to impress me with their new dolls.
I am partial to Lati and Fairyland, that isn't much of a secret. I only have one BJD out of ten that isn't from one of those two companies (my little Dollti tin man, and he's a special case). I've looked at other companies that make dolls in sizes I like but nothing has really grabbed me. My first BJD was even a tiny elfdoll but I didn't end up keeping her. I like the childlike tinies with big heads. :P That's spoken like a true Pullip doll lover, haha. ;)
Anyway, before I carried away on this subject I'll get the point: I want to get a LittleFee in a next couple of months if I can. But I have a problem...my favorite LittleFee at the moment is Rachel. There are two Rachels, a boy one and a girl one. I like the boy face up the best, but I want my LittleFee to be a girl. However, the boy LittleFees come with boy bodies, and I don't want my girl to have a boy body (maybe it's no big deal, but I just find it kind of weird). Does anyone know if I can request a girl body with a boy face up? There are no options for this specifically on Fairyland's website or DDE. I was hoping Fairyland would release some new molds I would love to make this easier...but no.
I just figures the one I like would make this difficult. :P But I don't want to settle for a mold/face up I'm not in love with.
Oh...one other thing...I have still to hear back from the person who sold me the Puki Sugar face plate. I sent them a message before Christmas and heard nothing. I sent them another message today. If I don't hear back soon then I'm probably going to ask for a refund because this is stupid. Maybe they already shipped the face plate but they never specifically said so. And I supposedly paid for tracking, but they never provided me with that number. If it was shipped it might be showing up at any time but I have no idea. Either way, I'm not impressed with this transaction at all. :\
