Chapter 390: Messed Up
Ivy: *sigh*
Laszlo: Ivy? Um…hey.
Ivy: Laszlo?
*Laszlo suddenly gives Ivy a big hug*
Ivy: Huh? What are you doing?
Laszlo: What I should have done when you first came home.
Ivy: I don’t get it…
Laszlo: I really did miss you. I just didn’t show it. I’m trying to fix what I messed up now.
Ivy: Really?
Laszlo: Really.
Ivy: I didn’t think you wanted to see me.
Laszlo: Oh, I did! I’ve just been so distracted by…other things.
Ivy: Taryn…and Felix.
Laszlo: Yeah…
Ivy: I don’t think you should worry about them so much.
Laszlo: That’s why I need your help.
Ivy: Help…from me?
Laszlo: Yeah.
Laszlo: I want to be better…I want to get over this thing I have with Felix. Taryn said it’s ruining my life. And I hate it when she’s right, but she’s right.
Ivy: I don’t know if I can help you with that.
Laszlo: I just need a friend and I want it to be you. Please?
Ivy: No one has ever wanted my help before…I’m not sure I know how.
Laszlo: I just need someone to tell me when I’m being stupid and give me something else to think about if I’m attempted to obsess over…that…again.
Ivy: I’m not very patient.
Laszlo: Good, I don’t want to be babied.
Ivy: *sigh* Okay, I’ll try…as long as you try.
Laszlo: Thank you!
To be continued...
Yeah, not so exciting I know (the story is going to get better soon, I promise) but at least Laszlo is going to give it a try to be better then he has been...we know he has it in him. ;)
So...I sat down last night and counted my BJDs...and I have nine of them...NINE! Have I gone INSANE?!?
Don't answer that... :P
Anyway, I'm perfectly relieved that there are no dolls on my wish list right now. Not a one...*shocker*! But it's true. I think I'm going to save up now for a macro lens for my camera. Also, my daughter has been begging me for a Puki for Christmas, I'm just not sure she is really old enough and responsible enough yet to handle having one without ruining it. Well, I have time to think about that one. Until then I think I'm going to work on getting Petal (my Puki) a different wig.
Anyway, I took some better photos of Max earlier today, please take a look:
Yep, the doll-in-hand photo...he's so tiny. :P
His hat does come off. It stays on with a bit of stick tack. He's a little self-conscious without it on.
I found this little stump to pose Max on...as if he cut it down. ;)
See you later!
