Progress
First up, I finished two more outfits for Lati yellow, I've added them to my Etsy Store. But I was so happy with how they turned out I wanted to share a photo really quick:
I'm especially fond of the sleeves and so happy that I got them to work like that on my first try. I made these two to list on Etsy and made a third blue set to keep for myself (it has a ruffled white fabric hem on the shirt instead of the lace though).
Also, completely non-doll related...new kitchen counter tops... :D
All finished! Yep, my husband finished the grout yesterday so they are all done. He put the sink and stove top back in earlier today. We are still waiting for the grout to dry completely though so it's still light duty in the kitchen only (plus the mess still needs to be cleaned up...we worked on that a ton today but it's a big mess). I'm so happy with how they turned out and the kitchen looks a billion times better.
Bonus:
This is what's left of our old counter tops. I can't say I'm at all sorry to see them in this condition. My husband took them out and just dropped them on the back patio, when they fell they just broke into all those pieces. Good riddance if you ask me. Notice the color? Our cabinets are white and the floor is also a light color so it was just too much of all the light colors and it was not very interesting to look at. The new counter top color gives it a great contrast and it already looks so much better even thought it's a mess. I'm excited about how nice it's going to look when it's all cleaned up. :D
