Update
First, I'm sorry I won't have the next chapter of "House of Pullip" up today. I had a eye doctor appointment and he dilated my eyes (I didn't know he was going to do that) and I had to spend half the day in the house with the blinds drawn so my retinas didn't get burned out by the sun (yes, that's an exaggeration). The other half of the day I had a splitting headache, which I'm sure is a result of having my eyes dilated, it always happens like this. *sigh* So I didn't work on my photo story but I'll do it tomorrow. What I really need to do is be better about working ahead so that when stuff like this happens I always have a chapter ready when I want it.
I did, however, have time to work on more doll dresses, etc., while I was in the dark house. I now have nine items ready and I'm going to work on at least a few of my Pullip dresses during the next week. Yay for progress! Plus I'm so happy with one set of dresses I finished today, for Lati yellow, I'm probably going to take photos of those tomorrow. :D
Concerning yesterday's babbling post, here's an update: The tanned Lami is too expensive but I made an offer with the maximum I can afford and am willing to pay. It's way below what they wanted so I doubt they will accept it. Still, at least I tried. :\ I turned down the basic Lami because she just isn't what I had in mind. Oddly enough, HerRoyalDemoness pointed me towards yet ANOTHER Lami she found for up for sale that was a basic with a premium face up done up like the HK limited Elves. It was really cute and the price was really good. I did contact that seller but she is waiting to hear back from another buyer first. I'm next in line so there's still a chance on that one but the price is so good I don't see the first buyer backing out. I'm pretty much prepared for disappointments all around, which is depressing, but I'll get over it. It's just a doll... ;)
