I walked to school in the snow! How awesome is that? All the kids in the street were running around and their parents were yelling at them to wear beanies.
Everybody was smiling except the council workers (they're NEVER happy) and the cute guy at number 12 stopped reading his book on the porch to come over and talk to me. He was reading Lockie Leonard: Scumbuster and we had a talk about how much we hated English classes and Tim Winton. Also how awesome the snow was.
