hmmm interesting, the block of land across the road is for sale again. It was brought about 18 months ago (I think - it might have been 2 years) and they put a DA in to build a duplex but it is now up for sale, and about $50 000 more than they paid. given it had previously been on the market for the whole time I had been living there I wish them luck at that price.
They have at least mowed it on a relatively regular basis for which we are grateful, it has made an improvement to the overgrown state it was in.
