I was going nuts last night trying to find the damned episode and MY GOD after searching endlessly through the site I found it.
AND MY GOD, IT WAS DELICIOUS.
Srsly. Whenever I do something, my mom is like WTF KAT THINK THINGS THROUGH BEFORE YOU DO 'EM. So when Iroh was yelling that out to Zuko, it felt good. Finally, someone else gets that speech besides me.
But dude, Iroh just blew me away in this episode.

Because getting hit with a rock with so much force cannot be good. It looked to me that it either caused a big concussion (cerebral bleeding = eventual death) or it completely messed up his insides by crushing his bones. Ouch.
