Day 3 - Parents (in great detail)

I'm posting this now as it's Mutti's birthday tomorrow and we're out for the day and may well forget about this in all the excitement, so count this as tomorrows post please :)

Ok, my parental situation is...somewhat complicated. As far as I'm concerned I have 2 sets of parents; those who conceived me biologically and those who “adopted” me.

I think your descriptions of Mutti and Vati are cute, and spot on! I'm also pleased you and Dad have become so much closer in recent times (due to traveling to college together). Being close to him while growing up was really fruitful and rewarding for me, and it's nice that you're getting to reap similar benefits as an adult. :)

Yeah, Vati and I have a lot of interests in common and some quite similar personality traits and never run out of things to talk about now :) I enjoy going on walks with him and taking photos, which is something we're up to tomorrow and possibly every weekend until the weather gets too bad :)
