Day 1 - Introduce yourself
An introduction seems almost pointless, but as it's the first thing on the list I feel I really ought to do it to get the ball rolling, if nothing else.
I'm Emma, Emma Colina Hunter to be exact. I'm lingering in the space between 24 and 25 years of age and was born in the Southern General Hospital, Govan, at 22:10 on a Monday night; 1 month to the day premature!
My astrological sign is Aquarius and my birthstone is Amethyst.
I currently live at home with my surrogate family, the Gordons, who are the best family in the land (though I may be a little biased!). We live in a small town just north of Glasgow with the four family cats and my corn snake Chess. There's also a resident American called Carter (Adam), whom we all seem rather fond of, and stays from time to time. He is the beloved boyfriend of my sister and best friend, Emma Gordon.
I have a variety of hobbies and interests ranging from; ancient history, mythology, culture, food, photography, gaming, art, nature, animation, writing, reading, playing guitar, tv shows, films and hanging out with my friends.
When I'm not found at home in Glasgow, more often than not I'm at my “second home” in Nottingham with my ever increasing, lovable, boyfriend, James Osborne. We've been together about 1 year and a half now or something and had our fair share of ups and downs. I'm pretty certain we're going to be alright in the long-term now we've ironed out the fundamentals :) There is a 4 year age gap between us and we met online many years ago now and bonded over our love of gaming, taste in music and books :)
Right now I'm focussed on my education and future career in the gaming industry. I begin my HNC in Filmcraft & Animation in a couple of weeks at Motherwell College and in the meantime looking at my options for University next Autumn. England is the best choice to further my career as there are many more opportunities down there as well closing the gap somewhat, if not completely, on my long-distance relationship, which is frankly annoying now and I'm not the only one who thinks so \o/.

- I suffer from Inflammatory Arthritis and have done since I was about 14 years old and was diagnosed when I was 16. I've on a whole array of toxic medications in order to keep my condition under control including Methotrexate (fistful of pills) and Humira (an injection O.O). It's not ideal at all and the injections hurt like a bitch not to mention the variety of potentially lethal side effects from both, but without them I wouldn't be in my relationship, in education and working towards my career or considering employment in the not too distant future :)
- I have a whole array of animals I would love to have as family members some of which include: A hedgehog, frogs, toads, a pig another snake and lizards but most certainly a dog, which is the more probably of them all as J wants one too and both of us want a husky \o/
- Irn Bru is the elixir of life, or at least my life.
- I can't live without caffeine and I think I have exceptional tolerance for it as I've discovered 2 cans of red bull does nothing to me or for me O.o
- Horror movies are my favourite genre of film to watch, good or bad and some of my favourites include: Nightmare on Elm Street, Paranormal Activity, The Strangers, The Birds and Omen.
