Reporting: V.T.E (very tired emmo)
*yawns*
I am so looking forward to a long lie tomorrow. Early mornings are one of my least favourite things and four in a row at 5:30am is killing me :( I've not felt this tired since my Arthritis was at it's worst back in 2005-2006 O.o (thankfully i'm in remission now). I honestly don't function properly until after lunch, which wastes entire mornings :/ Uncool. I try to make up for that at nights or one weekends, but sometimes I feel I'm battering myself into the ground, probably because I feel beat all the time.
I spoke to my games design tutor today, who happens to be the course leader for the HNC Filmcraft and Animation course and we chatted about what the course entails and what your portfolio content should be for the interview. Traditional Art (well drawn), Graphic Art and any Animation experience (especially Flash). That sounds sweet enough, I have a bunch of traditional stuff I can present, I just need to work on my animation (though I'll have this block's animated sequence to use as 1 piece) and some graphic art. I don't have a lot of that, but I'll put some together.
I did an event poster this evening at Lewis' suggestion when I was looking for ideas, which I'll likely use, and I have at least two other pieces in mind I could use too, but I'm going to knock together some more posters/flyers for Vati's band as well as t-shirt designs. That idea came to me last night when I was looking for a suitable "I love Geeks" t-shirt and failed to find anything other than text :( I have an "I love Nerds" one from New Look you see and it's Snoopy art and wanted something similar - the only way i'm going to achieve this though, apparently, is to create my own, so I created an account on Cafepress - www.cafepress.co.uk/

I've got nothing up in my shop yet, but I plan to rectify this just as soon as I FIND my graphics tablet pen, which has somehow vanished off the face of the earth :( Not cool, I kind of need it for college :/ I swear Kira stole it!!!
I'm off to play King's Bounty though and rest my weary head. J's off killing bad guys in WoW, Lewis is studying for his Interview with the Polis tomorrow and Maf is away CAMPING O.o Yes, camping in January...Weirdo! I could use his input on our game actually and the daft sod is off freezing his balls off on some hill! Men!!
