(no subject)
hmm okay, so i'll write about thursday. here are the highlights :
- lauren paid me back my $16. it was all in single dollar bills. lauren is a drug dealer.
- while on line i got a pretzel. it was good.
- i made fun of a lot of the people passing by. there was this group of drunkards. the girl in the group made an appearance later.
- we got inside. ilienne stole some condoms. who knows what she did with them later in the night.
- ilienne challenged random people to thumb wars. it was so funny. this one girl didn't want to, so they played rock paper scissors. that girl owned ilienne- haha !
- there was this kid with some animal cage-lining fluff on his shirt. there was much struggle with this fluff . .much anger against it . . soon ilienne pinched it off, what a relief.
- in between sets there was a screen that played old godzilla films and crazy cartoons. that screen was good times.
- boys night out was cool- not my favorite though.
- hot rod circuit was sex. i heard them and became a fan.
- a girl who was with the group of drunkards mentioned earlier in this entry was crowd surfing. . .too bad she had on a short skirt.
- i pushed my way up front for saves the day, but i only got to hear two songs.
- me and lauren had to go. there was this kid with big hair in my way. this huge guy grabbed the kid by the head and hurled him out of my way. it was awesome, i liked that big guy. he was cool beans.
- on our way out i stopped and bought a saves the day t-shirt. it's awesome- all 80s style-ish.
- when lauren and i got outside her parents hadn't arrived yet. we decided to find somewhere to buy snacks. the only place was a 24-hour food imporium.
- i made a fool of myself inside and paid like, $2.50 for a soda. bullshit.
- lauren, being her clever self, found the back of irving. hot rod circuit was loading their shit onto their van.
- i was like hey and lauren and i talked to the lead singer (andy, i think?). he was so cool and way nice. i <3 him forever.
- lauren's parents took me home. much thanks to them.
that was my night ! next friday lauren's taking me to my first, and hopefully not last nea show. i'm sure it'll be good times. i shall leave you with this :
me and andy (? i hope). it's dark and blurry . .but what do you expect. it was 11:30 at night and it was taken with my camera phone. as lauren said: "it's the memory that counts." and i remember . . his arm around me and how god damn special i felt.
