Knowing nothing about Herzog, I read that imagining his voice to sound like "Killinger" in that Venture Bros. ep. So like Kissinger, basically. It worked best in the bit with the children.

Hahahahaha. That's not far off, as he does have a German accent, though just imagining Dr. Henry Killinger saying all that stuff is funny in a whole different way.

Also, did you catch the "hopscotch across these" Ze Frank reference? That's my brother's favourite episode.
