How much would it cost to play a song on a Jukebox in the 1950's? If it's any help, the story is set in Indiana in 1956.

Also agreeing with the nickle plays, as that's one of the many things my parents have kvetched over costing too much nowadays; why, when they were kids... *g* For the record, both of them were born and raised in Ft. Wayne, IN.

My dad's actual response to me explaining what an iPod did ("It's like a jukebox in your pocket") and knowing the cost was, "That's a hell of a lot of nickles."
