Changing eyesight / Veterinary question.
Alrighty... Maybe I just go momentarily brain dead when I get into medical jargon, but I have googled this far too long and I'm hoping someone can help! ^^
1) Farsightedness! From what I understand, you can be slightly farsighted and have sort of gotten used to it and have managed to compensate in order to see nearby. Does this gradually get worse to the point of needing glasses? Would someone suddenly realize, "Hmm... having trouble reading that..."?
I know I myself must have gradually became nearsighted. I guess. I am altogether unsure on the scientifics behind it. So any help would be most appreciated. :)
2) Also... and this may be rather odd. How long would a large, exotic cat be in a cast for a simple fracture? How about a large dog?
I don't know why I'm trying to be so exact on information for an RP. Guess I'm just that anal. XD
