[MOD POST] Updates & Icon Contest

Hello Little Details! I hope you're having a good weekend. I just have a few items I wanted to bring to the community's attention:

• Spam Filters: We turned on the filters in 2014 after a plague of anonymous bot users. They seem to have mostly taken care of that problem, so yay! The only problem is that any comments with links in them, even when posted by legit users, may be marked as "suspicious" and screened (this is especially likely if you're posting anonymously). If this happens to your comment, you don't have to worry or try to repost it right away. I lurk around new posts and will unscreen any non-spam, usually within the first 24 hr after it's posted. If I've missed something, please leave a comment on the Help Me! Post and I will get to it.
• Resources Tag: I just decided to move this tag from ~resources (buried amongst the other topical tags) to #resources, right at the top of the Tags list. If you've never looked here before, I really recommend browsing this tag to see the helpful research links other community members have found!
• Default Icon Contest: Our default icon is how the comm is represented out there on Livejournal, and well, ours is really old. It's from the early days of the community, and unfortunately I don't know who made it. Are there any icon makers out there who would feel like creating a new one? Something representing our love of books, writing, and little tiny details? If you're up to the challenge, please post your work in the comments! Comments here will stay open (as always), and at the end of March, depending on how many submissions we get, I'll either pick my favorite, or I'll set up a poll and the community can vote on the matter. What do you think?
